The Pierce County Fair began as a Junior Fair in Sumner, WA.
1968
The Fair moved to Frontier Park in Graham, WA — and has been there ever since.

Join us Thursday–Sunday, August 13–16 for another year of fair fun.
Mission
Pierce County Fair is a traditional county fair since 1947 that showcases the skills and talents of our diverse community through agriculture, education, and experiences.
Vision
Our vision is to continue to be evaluated as an outstanding county fair in Washington State. We strive to offer unique experiences as we encourage patrons to celebrate the past and envision the future.
Goals & objectives
What we work toward each year
✓Offer character training through wholesome participation, competition, cooperation and accomplishment.
✓Educate youth and adults in better methods.
✓Improve the relations between urban and rural people.
✓Provide social contacts.
✓Help build community pride.
✓Provide wholesome competition of various types.
✓Offer recreation and amusement through carnivals, contests and competition.
✓Encourage trade.
✓Present the products of the farm, home and family.
✓Provide recognition to 4-H, FFA, open show exhibitors and leaders.
✓Further education by exhibiting, judging and demonstrating.
✓Promote 4-H and FFA in Pierce County.
