  1. Talent Presentation

Choose a presentation that shares something about you, such as music, dance, a public presentation, a demonstration, a poem, or a short story.

Applicants receive the same question in advance and prepare a clear, personal response.

  3. Peer or Fishbowl Question

Answer honestly, stay on topic, and show how you think and communicate.

TRANSPARENT JUDGING

You should know how you will be evaluated.

The program is open about its scoring. Every applicant receives the same point structure: 100 points for the application, 140 points for the interview, and 100 points for Selection Day. Judges’ decisions are final, but the process and expectations should never be a mystery.
